Description of problem: Currently the package lacks of POM descriptor. Please add it manually as it is needed for some libraries to build. Example for 1.0.14: http://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=org/jfree/jfreechart/1.0.14/jfreechart-1.0.14.pom
I fixed that for rawhide and F17.
