Description of problem:

Conductor displays RHEVM server ip instead of VM ip in RHEVM setup when the rhevm-agent is not able to render the vm ip from the guestinfo. 

Expected results:
When the rhevm-agent is not able to render the vm's ip and displays the legit address say "VNC:qeblade27.rhq.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:5902" then the conductor has to should display the label as VNC instead of IP Address.  Refer the screenshot for more details.  This applies for both Running/ Stopped instance

moving version to 1.0.0 .  version = found in version
