Description of problem:
I would like to have the following fields added to the API,
transmit_rate_FPS
receive_rate_FPS

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-3.0.0_0001-1.6.fc16.x86_64
ovirt-reports 3.0

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add additional fields that show network statistics
  
Actual results:
I cannot determine the Network stats with the current fields:
transmit_rate_percent
receive_rate_percent
How is it calculated ?
It doesn't say how many frames, nor size ?


Expected results:
Add more informative fields:
transmit_rate_FPS
receive_rate_FPS
