Description of problem:

The color of text on filter button on app/console/applications page is not clear on IE8 and IE9.

1.Go to app/console/applications page and log in 
2.Add a new application and click "My Applications" button.

Filter feature was removed for now according to product owner feedback (no need to filter when you have at most 5 apps).

Since the filter feature has been removed now, I will verify this bug.
