Description of problem:
Deleting a repo doesn't remove the repository from errata

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Synchronize a repo with errata (e.g. http://lzap.fedorapeople.org/fakerepos/zoo5/)
2. Delete the repo
3. See errata details
  
Actual results:
there is the deleted repo in errata repoids

Expected results:
deleted repo is not in errata repoids

in v2, we don't seem to display a list of associated repos as part of an erratum, so this bug is no longer relevant.
