Description of problem: The `changeset create` command in CLI is missing description field (which present in UI). Feature request to impl. it. thanks. please - update the changeset {info,list} methods properly according to this "new" field.
Added field description to 'changeset info'. Action 'list' already had this functionality but it is displayed only in verbose mode. Ability to update name and description was also missing.
