Description of problem:

After creating A VM from blank, loading it from PXE,
and creating A snapshot from it. Start VM fail.

How reproducible:

Always fail on Jenkins storage VM sanity test. 
Also can be restored following the bellow steps.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create VM from blank, and load it from pxe (VM need not to be created from template.)
2. Wait for VM to come UP
3. Stop VM
4. Create snapshot
5. Start VM - Fail
