Aborted start of Shell on hvc1 See screenshot Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 17.8 How reproducible: 2 for 2 I can't find any mention of hvc1 in the /tmp logs. systemctl status shows plymouth-start.service as failed and systemd-...pi-vfs.service as failed.
This is the Xen console. We have a systemd service that tries to start a console on it, even when not using Xen.

Thanks for telling us what causes this Brian. Is there some way to disable this error or redirect it to a log so it doesn't always pop up over the installer?
Can you test with F18 alpha in a VM and let us know if it's working better?
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'.
