Description of problem: RHEV-H 6.3: TUI install RHEV-H to CCISS failed. There is no such issue in rhev-hypervisor6-6.2-20120209.0.el6_2. So it is a regression bug.

Test version: Rhev-hypervisor6-6.3-20120224.0.el6 TUI install RHEV-H to CCISS can successful. So the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.
