seamonkey-1.0.9-79.el4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have seamonkey installed
2. rpm --nodeps -e glibc.ppc64
3. yum remove seamonkey/ rpm -ihv seamonkey*.rpm
  
Actual results:
seems that it depends on 64b glibc

Expected results:
32b app should not depend on 64 one, or?
