Description of problem:
I get Error message when I login to ovirt-reports server, using a non-admin user (ROLE_USER)
Everything else is working Ok,

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-reports 3.0


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a non-admin user (ROLE_USER)
2.Login using this non-admin user
  
Actual results:
Recieve error message upon login

Expected results:
Should get any error
