Description of problem: To install packages to a subscribed system via the web ui, it is necessary to install and configure the katello-agent as per the following instructions: * https://fedorahosted.org/katello/wiki/GuideSystemKatelloAgent * https://fedorahosted.org/katello/wiki/KatelloAgent The client/consumer will have going forward a *permit_import* parameter to /etc/gofer/plugins/katelloplugin.conf to make sure one can install packages through the katello agent (see BZ 791257), but this implies that the user has to ssh to the client and perform this change. Could we have this done via a REST call in the System's panel in SE? Under the Details tab perhaps?
