Release Notes Text: Added: Previous versions of EPP contained a bug that caused new Dashboard tabs with names that contained language-specific special characters to redirect to the Homepage. These characters prevented the URL from parsing correctly, resulting in the redirect.

This release ensures that node URLs parse correctly, resolving the issue.
