Modal panels with confirmation (or information) require close by mouse click, and don't support confirm by press Enter.
For example, I'm searching for page in Group -> Administration -> Page Management.
Fill requested page name into field with label "Search", by TAB move to combobox with type, and by press Enter perform searching. But in case that no result found, an message (Information) dialog appear, telling me that "No result found".

But when I want to close this dialog by pressing Enter again, nothing happened. And using TAB not help, the "OK" button don't get focus. Only if I click somewhere on modal panel, and then press TAB, the "OK" button get focus (but it's useless - when I touch mouse, I can directly click on "OK" button.

I think this behaviour should be helpful for searching forms, because in this case user have hands on keyboard.
Typing search criteria, submit by enter and get information message that you made mistake is quite annoying if you are not able quick close this dialog and type search criteria again.
