Right now, ErrorLoginServlet is not returning HTTP header content-type, which can be a problem when we have EPP behind Apache loadbalancer. So the issue GTNPORTAL-1348 needs to be ported into EPP.

Release Notes Text: Added: In previous versions of JBoss Enterprise Portal Platform, the ErrorLoginServlet did not return the HTTP header content-type. This could be problematic when running the portal instance behind Apache loadbalancer. An upstream patch has been incorporated in this release to address the issue.
