It will be nice to port GTNPORTAL-1746 into EPP as well. As per http://community.jboss.org/message/621322#621322 is Czech useful for some community users, so it may be useful for some customers as well ;-)

Images on front page are not translated. Text behind are in czech but it is overlapped with picture.

Reopening because all new Czech localization files have the same content repeated twice in them. The license and each localization item should occur only once per each file.
