In EPP 4.3 after each POST request which triggers a portlet action, the container sends back a redirect pointing to the resulting render request page.

In 5.1 there is no redirect after post (RAP). The result page is directly returned by the POST response. 

RAP is needed to prevent double form submission.

Set Release Notes Not Yet Documented because this issue is a Customer-initiated issue.
When the issue is fixed, all issues with Helpdesk ticket references *must* have a release note provided, and
included in the Release Notes document.
