Steps to Reproduce: - go to Users management - check that 4 default users are in table
- go to New Staff and create new user (+ create another one)
- go back to Users management - only 4 users are still displayed (should be 6)
- try to search your new user -> it's displayed in table
- try to remove some user from table -> all users are now properly displayed

There is a weird behavior when creating new users. When you create new user in New Staff, it's not immediately displayed in Users management, but you can filter that user and it's displayed.
Then when you delete some other user in table, new user is displayed instead of the deleted one.
