Steps to Reproduce: - go to Dashboard
- Dashboard Editor -> Edit Layout
- Save (no need to change anything)
- dashboard page is displayed in portal layout
(same for any group page)
project_key: JBEPP

It's not possible to edit layout of dashboard or group page.
Edit Layout button in menu opens layout of portal (and not dashboard or group) and when it's saved - page is displayed in different layout (dashboard page in portal layout)

Looks like this was fixed in commit 7338 but the jira never closed.
