Release Notes Text: Added: The HTML DOM has been optimized to achieve better performance when transmitting markup and also simplified for a faster rendering on recent web browsers.
Older browser like Internet Explorer will work in a degraded mode.

Older browsers such as Internet Explorer will still work, however performance will be degraded.
