Steps to Reproduce: - sign in to classic portal
- go to Site management -> Site Editor -> Edit layout
- click Finish (no need to change anything)
- click Edit Portal's Config in Site management
- Save -> JS error
project_key: JBEPP

You can get following JS error when follow reproduce steps:

TypeError: a is null : eXo.portal.UIPortal.changeComposerSaveButton()  -- 0

There is no error in server log.
