IE9 displays portal pages without CSS loaded by default. It reports the page was probably designed for previous versions of IE and message "_SEC7113: CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch_" is logged. IE then offers the user the possibility to switch to "_Compatibility View_" and display the page the way it would be displayed in a previous version of the browser.

Release Notes Text: Removed: IE9 displays portal pages without CSS loaded by default. It reports the page was probably designed for previous versions of IE and message "SEC7113: CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch" is logged. IE then offers the user the possibility to switch to "Compatibility View" and display the page the way it would be displayed in a previous version of the browser. Added: CAUSE: A problem in [insert component here] caused Internet Explorer 9 to display portal pages without CSS loaded by default. 

CONSEQUENCE: The browser displays error "SEC7113: CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch". IE then offers the user the possibility to switch to "Compatibility View" and display the page the way it would be displayed in a previous version of the browser.

FIX:

RESULT: The portal pages now open as intended in Internet Explorer 9
