Description Miroslav Cupák 2011-10-10 13:49:24 UTC
Steps to Reproduce: # Access the portal in the browser, sign in as root.
# Go _Site Editor_ > _Add New Page_.
# Choose a name. Next.
# Choose the 2-column layout. Next.
# Try to drag a portlet into the container. The container sort of collapses while dragging and sometimes remains like that even after dropping the portlet.
project_key: JBEPP

When editing a page, dragging of portlets into a container causes the container to appear as sort of collapsed. Tested with IE8 and a 2-column container, the columns of which shrink to a smaller size when the portlets are dragged.

Can you please add the steps required to cause this issue?
I assume its something like
1) create new page
2) add 3 column layout
3) add a portlet to column 2 and then the column disappears

Is this correct?

[if correct, cannot reproduce in FF 7 on linux]

I added the steps to reproduce this. I noticed the problem only in IE8.
