When creating new Site (Site -> Add New Portal), using classic portal template, the site that is created (it's home page) cannot be edited. Also, Group ->  Content Explorer -> <newly created portal> -> web contents -> site artifacts contains unrelated content (ACME Footer, ACME Introduce, ACME Logo ACME Navigation, ACME Searchbox, ACME Signing). At the same time, there are no ERRORs logged in the server.log file - only:

...


(not sure if this is related to the problem).
