Description of problem:

No error message when I input wrong old password when changing password.

How reproducible:always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to openshift website and login
2.Go to express console 
3.Click the change password link and try to change password
  
Actual results:

The password is not changed, but no error message when I input wrong old password when changing password.

Expected results:

Error message should be displayed.

Verify this bug on STG,it's fixed now.
