Description of problem:

I'm was unable to boot from Fedora 17 Alpha RC2 install DVD.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

dracut-016-1.fc17

How reproducible:

In specific hardware configuration

Steps to Reproduce:

I'm using Plextor PX-716UF USB DVD-RW drive to boot from.
 
Actual results:

dracut was unable to mount live filesystem:

dracut Warning: Unable to process initqueue
dracut Warning: /dev/disk/by-label/Fedorax2017-Alphax20i386 does not exist
dracut Warning: /dev/mapper/live-rw does not exist
dracut Warning: /dev/root does not exist

Dropping to debug shell.

After numerous attempts it turned out that this DVD media could be booted from another drive. Sorry for jumping the gun.
