Description of problem:

The current method Jobs.list in jobs.py isn't very flexible. It returns jobs from all users and you can't specify the start of the period, only relative days. 

I'm looking for a method to get the following:

list all jobs by user X, competed during the period start:end.

For example:
jobs.by_user('atodorov', '2012-02-01 00:00:00', '2012-02-29 23:59:59')
