Comment 1 Josh Boyer 2012-02-17 20:08:45 UTC
can you recreate this on a 3.2.x fc16 kernel?

Comment 2 Khaled Abdo 2012-02-17 21:15:47 UTC
Nope, since I upgraded to 3.2.x, 2 days ago this hasn't occurred.
I am monitoring the system for any similar failures, and will report accordingly.

Comment 3 Khaled Abdo 2012-02-24 13:56:10 UTC
The issue has re-occurred after the last Kernel upgrade (yesterday); current version is (3.2.7-1.fc16.i686).
Related bug ID for furher info is: 797189
