Description of problem:
When installing KDE applications, the dbus-x11 package (for dbus-launch) is not installed as well. With how much the D-Bus session bus is used in KDE, things tend to not cope well.

Hrm, so, we generally consider dbus-x11 a dep that is assumed to be present already, usually pulled in by the desktop (much like standard/default X server, fonts, etc... aren't explictly added as dependencies already either).

on the other hand, I suppose it shouldn't harm anything much to move dbus-x11 dep down from -workspace to -runtime.
