When I'm creating a new topic, it can inherit tags.

At the moment I have to page through all of the project tabs to see the tags that it is inheriting.

What would be good is if on the topic creation screen I could get a view of those inherited tags, just like you see on the view screen; eg:

Topic Tags	
Topic Lifecycle: ENG Proposed, PM Proposed, SME Proposed 
Topic Types: Reference 
IA Priority: IA Low Priority 
SME Priority: SME Low Priority 
Engineering Priority: Eng Low Priority 
PM Priority: PM Low Priority 
Book: Content Spec Processor Guide

It would require that the view of the inherited tags update as they are changed on the tags tab.
