Description of problem:
Could you please add the links "Add product version" and "Add build" to "Clone test Run" dialog? It would be consistent with "New test Run" dialog and would help us in our workflow.

Actual results:
"Add product version" and "Add build" are only present in "New Test Run" dialog

Expected results:
"Add product version" and "Add build" to be available also in "Clone Test Run" dialog.

"Add build" and "Add product version" has been added on "Clone Test Run" page, please verify in Version 3.8.0

Verify 3.8.0-1 on stage   -->PASS

Verify steps:
1. Enter into the page of cloning testrun.
2. Click "Add build".
3. Type new build name.
4. Save.
5. Click "Add version".
6. Type new version name.
7. Save.


Actual result:
works well.
