Description of problem:

Include system requirements in the Aeolus/CloudForms documentation for Audrey Config Server.

Config Server System Requirements:

(The configuration server is typically launched in a VM in a cloud provider)

CPU: 1 (virt cpu)
RAM: 2G
HDD: 10G [1]

[1] The Audrey Config Server stores configuration about launched guests until those guests are explicitly deleted through Conductor (by deleting the deployment).  For durable Config Servers, it is recommended that some elastic storage solution is implemented and mounted at /var/lib/aeolus-configserver/configs.  This location must be writable by the "aeolus" user (uid/gid: 180).
