Sorry, I don't maintain EPEL branches of any package. 
EPEL maintainers more than welcome.

I am closing this for now. Reopen if EPEL maintainer of djview4 shows up.

I've taken ownership of djview4 for EPEL and pushed builds.

I did have to change the BuildRequires for qt-devel to qt4-devel in order to get it to build, because qt3-devel also provides qt-devel but with a higher EVR. You may want to merge that change back into the Fedora branches.
