Description of problem:
rhevm_image_format should be "raw" instead of "qcow2" in   /etc/imagefactory/imagefactory.conf because qcow2 performance in RHEV is   terrible.

QE does not agree qcow2 has been much quicker than raw, the original setting was RAW and moved to qcow2.

If a customer wants to use RAW they can change the setting.
