Is there a way to:

1. Visually indicate to an author when they have modified the topic contents but have not yet persisted those changes?

2. Prompt an author when they attempt to leave a topic edit screen with unsaved changes?

Now that we have "Update (and keep editing)" it's sometimes hard for me to remember whether I saved the changes or not....

This is implemented in the new UI.
