drools-persistence-jpa-5.3.0.BRMS-ER4-tests.jar is distributed in ER4

I think this issue depends on Bug 796163 since this drools-persistence-jpa-5.3.0.BRMS-ER4-tests.jar is required by jbpm-test.jar.
Need further dicussion with Kris if we could remove jbpm-test.jar.

The dependency of jbpm-test module on test jar has been scoped to test only, so this jar should no longer be required at runtime and can be removed.
