Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register a system to katello
2. Go to System's page, select Errata subtab

Actual results:
A mysterious Run button.  see screenshot

Expected results:
No button.  And when there are errata, I don't think "Run" is the appropriate verb.  "Install" maybe?

should be fixed:

Now button is disabled if no errata exist.  Also renamed to 'install'

Verified, 0.2.8-1.git.11.033f96d.el6.  Now a grayed out Install button.
