This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Besides "--help", what options are available to subscription-manager? none
I suggest changing the subscription-manager usage statement to this:
Usage: subscription-manager MODULENAME [MODULE-OPTIONS] [--help]
