Description Corey Welton 2012-02-23 15:23:03 UTC
Description of problem:
If a user (inadvertently?) tries to create a system wherein there are no environments, katello highlights "Library", and the subsequent attempt to create the system returns an error message that is not immediately clear to user.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Assure you are in an org with no environments yet set (i.e., ACME_Corporation after a fresh install)
2. Systems > +New System
3. Attempt to create the system, noting that for "Choose Environment", we have "Library" selected.
4. Submit

Actual results:
undefined method `response' for #

Expected results:
Should probably tell the user that they need to create environment(s) first.
