Description of problem:

I have a promotion that failed due to a Pulp error.  It shows as failed on the "Content Management -> Promotions" page and as pending on the dashboard.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
katello-0.1.238-4.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
Not sure.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a promotion fail.
2. Look for it on the dashboard.
3. Compare the status to the status on the "Promotions" page.
  
Actual results:
Status's don't match.

Expected results:
Status's should match.
