Description of problem:
Two different rails.js modules exist within the Javascript code base.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Two different rails.js modules exist within the Javascript code base.


Expected results:
There should exist only one module by the name of rails.js and only one set of that functionality in use.  The unused version should be removed if not being used, and if being used all functionality being used should switch over to use the single module.

Noted file is deleted from codebase, no further symptoms were mentioned.  Verified.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
