Hello Mike, seems we had a commit: f51e96af7cf87340bb2f43d2e81777710bd90701 and then it was reverted back. Now looking to the pulp.repo there is still that "old-style" pulp repo url there. Could we get this fixed?

Garik I believe this is not relevant anymore. Please reopen if this is still a problem.
True: now pulp repo shows correctly as: --- [pulp] name=Pulp Community Releases baseurl=http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/katello/pulp/$releasever/$basearch/ enabled=1 skip_if_unavailable=1 gpgcheck=0
