Description of problem:
RHEL6.2 now provides python-suds
python-suds is also in epel6

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum list python-suds
2.

Actual results:
python-suds is available pour version >=6.2

Expected results:
no overlap between epel and rhel

Removed package from EPEL6 (and also EPEL5).
