According to Fedora Project policy for nonresponsive package mantainers (Ngo Than in this case),

I opened this bugreport to evidence unresponsiveness about

Than isn't nonresponsive. This package also has several comaintainers including me. The DrKonqi debuginfo installation issue is known, but not trivial to fix.
