Description of problem:
the deployment scanner interval is set to 0 and logging level is reduced compared to AS 7 effectively making hotdeployment disabled and thus not possible to use EAP 6 out of the box for fast turn around development tasks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy a .war or -ds.xml or driver jar to deployment folder after server have started and notice that nothing happens.

Expected results:
That deployment is enabled and its results get picked up and you see in the console log it did or did not pick up the new deployment
