Description of problem: FutureFeature: During normal desktop use, while logged in, the Universal Access Settings are accessible by clicking the human shaped icon in the upper right corner of the screen. When the screen is locked, however, it is not. This makes features such as the Screen Keyboard inaccessible if the screen has been locked. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: very easily Steps to Reproduce: 1. Lock Screen 2. Notice lack of Accessibility icon Actual results: No access to Universal Access Settings Expected results: Access to Universal Access Settings Additional info: If you click "Switch User" while the screen is locked, you can access the Universal Access Settings that way. Though this is not a user friendly solution.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 16 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 16. Fedora 16 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2013-02-12. Fedora 16 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
