I moved man files from devel to devel-docs package as a starter. I'll try to find proper/better solution for this.

Oops, I forgot to mention, that will be with openchange-1.0.

OK, after half day on this I realized that the pages are incomplete, thus I filled the issue upstream [1] and I'm just disabling man pages generation for the package in Fedora.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
