Description of problem:

The observation which i have made is when a non-admin(user with profile global user,application blueprint global user) logs_in to conductor,the applications are not  getting listed in the pretty view, but after some time the page gets refreshed and displays the application under that zone. now if the user click on the application it says "You have insufficient privileges to perform the selected action" and also the application disappears for sometime after refreshing the page and appears again.The Same is NOT observed in the "tabled" view.

Expected results:
I think the non-admin users are not authorized to view the application in any of the view( pretty and tabled). Do you any thoughts?
