Steps to Reproduce:
1. Administer --> Content , by default it shows , "All catalog" in viewing field
2. and shows "Default" catalog
3. Select "Belong to Default cloud Resource Zone" and search returns empty
4. Default catalog belongs to default zone only as shown in screenshot default_catalog
