Description Frantisek Reznicek 2012-02-28 09:39:42 UTC
Description of problem:

I'm currently not able to run any job using RHEL 5.8 i386 distro.

Even 'Reserve Workflow' says
No Systems compatible for that distro
on last RHEL 5.8 i386 distro aliases:
  RHEL5-Server-U8 / RHEL5-Server-U8-RC-3_nfs-i386 / RHEL5-Server-20120202.0_nfs*

This can be seen as jobs:
197480, 197485, 197491, 197492, 197494

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version - 0.8.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. see 197480, 197485, 197491, 197492, 197494 jobs

Actual results:
Unable to run jobs on RHEL 5.8 i386 distro.

Expected results:
User should be able to run jobs on a RHEL 5.8 i386 distro.

Comment 1 Frantisek Reznicek 2012-03-02 08:13:48 UTC
To be more specific I'm requesting any RHEL 5.8 i386 distro with memory >= 2GB.

Problem still persists aka job #198914.

Comment 2 Bill Peck 2012-03-02 13:28:17 UTC
Looking at the console.log I see the following:

Bringing up interface usb0:
Determining IP information for usb0...[-- MARK -- Thu Mar 1 14:40:00 2012]

it sits here until the external watchdog aborts..

Please open a ticket with eng-ops if you think there is a configuration problem with the system.

Please open a bugzilla under the correct rhel5 component if you think there is an issue with the distribution.
